National Library of Addictions Recognizes Healthy Malden ’s Contributions to Community with “Model Program” Award
Brookline, MA (December 22, 2009) – The National Library of Addictions (NLA), a not-for-profit, intellectual gathering place for health care professionals and community members who are working to overcome the effects of addictions, formally recognized Healthy Malden’s contributions to its community over the last 16 years with the “Model Program” Award. Healthy Malden ’s mission was to improve the health of the community by fostering citizen and agency collaboration aimed at priority community health issues within the City of Malden.
