Lockheed Martin Awarded Two Contracts By Ameren to Help Manage Energy Efficiency Programs
Rockville, MD, August 27th, 2008 — Lockheed Martin announced today that it was awarded two, multi-year contracts by AmerenUE to implement more than a dozen energy efficiency programs for the company’s 1.2 million business and residential electric customers. The contracts are part of AmerenUE’s commitment to spend more than $70 million over 3 years for a range of initiatives, including incentives to help consumers reduce their energy use and save on their bills and to delay the need to build large and expensive new power plants.
