The little doll that could…

When Lewisburg artist Caroczel left behind a handmade doll when she visited The Gambia, Africa in June 2007, she thought it a sentimental keepsake for her friend and partner George Riegg.

What she didn’t know, was that George would take this little doll, Greenie, wherever he went as he did work for the charities he’s been involved in for the last 6 years. The 6 inch doll became a regular at tree plantings, reforestation efforts, seminars, and even sat in on meetings as an honorary member of the charities. How cheap can solar energy get – Home Build Solar System

I could see that my electricity bill was increasing year after year, just because the modern day appliances can’t be turned off any more and before I noticed I had many appliances in the house which are on standby day in day out.

This all not only harm the environment but also my bank account as I am using electricity for nothing.

Not to solve this problem (as this is how appliances are made and I can’t change this) I started to look into renewable energy to compensate my unneeded losses and to take some pain away from my bank account. Read the rest of this press release »
